Refund policy

At Amelia Meireles, we are committed to your satisfaction. All pieces are 100% authentic, certified originals from the brands we carry, shipped in their original brand packaging with all original tags.

14-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: To be accepted, items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received — in original brand packaging, with all original tags and dust bags intact. Items showing signs of use or with removed tags will not be accepted.

How to Start: Contact us at contact@ameliameireles.com with your order details. We will guide you through the return process.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable, insured service. Amelia Meireles is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Authenticity Issues: If you believe a received item is not authentic, contact us within 14 days at contact@ameliameireles.com with photographs. We will investigate and, if confirmed, offer a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges: To exchange for a different item, please return the original piece and place a new order.
